🚀 When your order ships

Order before 12 PM MT, Monday to Friday: ships the next business day. Example: order Monday at 10 AM, ships Tuesday.
Order after 12 PM MT: ships within 2 business days. Example: order Monday at 3 PM, ships by Wednesday.
Order on a weekend or holiday: ships the next business day. Example: order Saturday, ships Monday.

For orders under $98 CAD: $9.99 CAD

⚡ Express & Tracked Shipping:

Processing: orders placed before 12 PM MT (Monday to Friday) ship the next business day; orders placed after 12 PM MT ship within 2 business days; weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
Standard: most Canadian orders arrive in 2–6 business days.
Express: 1–2 business days across Canada.

All Canadian and U.S. orders include tracking and delivery notifications by email.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

If your package is lost or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll open a claim and resend or refund the order promptly.
If an item is returned to us through no fault of your own (e.g., address error or refused delivery), we’ll reship the package free of charge. This applies to orders placed directly on our website only.
Returns for refunds or exchanges are handled under our separate Returns & Refunds policy.

Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather and carrier disruptions. We do not use Canada Post due to ongoing service and labour issues that have caused delays and lost parcels. To ensure a reliable experience, we ship only with trusted carriers: UPS, FedEx or Purolator.
We’ll keep you informed if delays occur outside our control.
