How to measure

Grab a soft measuring tape (a piece of string and a ruler works too), stand relaxed, and keep the tape snug but not tight.

Where to measure waist, hip, inseam and outseam on leggings

  1. Waist
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
  2. Hip
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  3. Inseam
Stand tall with straight legs and measure the inside of your leg, from your groin down to your ankle bone. This number tells you which length is yours.
  4. Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the hem.
