How to measure
Grab a soft measuring tape (a piece of string and a ruler works too), stand relaxed, and keep the tape snug but not tight.

Waist
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. -
Hip
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat. -
Inseam
Stand tall with straight legs and measure the inside of your leg, from your groin down to your ankle bone. This number tells you which length is yours. -
Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the hem.
